Our team is a group of talented and committed individuals where every single member carries the passion to ‘GET IT DONE AND WIN THE GAME’. An introduction to a few of these members is provided below:

K. A. George (Chairman) Mr. George is a multi-faceted entrepreneur, with a background of intensive government experience having served for over two decades in positions of authority in the Textile and Garment Exports Industry in India, followed by an entrepreneurial stint for another two decades in businesses as varied as Garment Exports, Land Development, Healthcare and Direct Marketing.

Chris George (Founder, Vice Chairman and CEO) Pivot of the team that founded EBS, Chris, as the Chief Executive Officer brings to the table a versatile background of entrepreneurship and service industry experience. He founded his first company at the age of sixteen and has been involved closely with the Indian entertainment industry. He has been educated in Texas and New York City, having lived and worked there in the telecom industry, prior to returning to India in 1999 and founding EBS. Chris is a member of the Indian Merchant’s Chamber, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and a Charter Member of ‘The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE)’.

Mike Benyo (Country Head -Americas) Mike Benyo leads EBS Worldwide's North America business in his capacity as Country Head (Americas). Mike brings tremendous wealth and depth of versatile marketing strategy and execution experience, straddling both traditional & new media effortlessly. He has played a diversity of roles in a long-spanning, chequered career - entrepreneur, turn-around artist, start-up specialist, institution builder. Mike was a key member of the leadership team of Agency.com, the pioneering digital marketing firm created by the Omnicom network, where he was responsible for many pathbreaking digital campaigns. He moved on to lead GSI Interactive, the digital division of GSI Commerce, the third-largest e-commerce firm in the US powering e-commerce initiatives of Toys 'R' Us, Sports Authority to name a few, as it's Chief Operating Officer. At EBS, Mike is mandated to lead its US subsidiary, Interactive Marketing Group, focusing it aggressively on new media space, while strengthening it's proven leadership in traditional DM domain.

Nitin Khanna (Vice President and Country Head – India) Nitin leads our efforts in the India market and is part of the founding team. His tenure at EBS has been hallmarked by multifaceted assignments, ranging from Operations to Client Solutions (Sales). Prior to EBS, Nitin was with Elbee Couriers, the then Indian partner for United Parcel Service (UPS). Nitin is a graduate from the University of New Delhi and is a member of leading trade and industry bodies in India.

Sudhir Chopde (Group Vice President) Sudhir co-leads group Strategy & Transition initiatives, as part of the CEO's Office, in conjunction with Chris & Nanda and is part of the founding team. He predominantly focuses on Technology, Design and Creative, with Project Management, Team Development and Operations Finance being equally shared with Nanda. Previously, Sudhir ran the largest music retail store in India.

Nandadeep Pandharkar (Group Vice President) Nanda co-leads group Strategy & Transition initiatives, as part of the CEO's Office, in conjunction with Chris & Sudhir and is part of the founding team. He predominantly focuses on Data Processing, Strategic Telemarketing, Print Production and Logistics with Project Management, Team Development and Operations Finance being equally shared with Sudhir. Previously, Nanda was part of the early team at Domino’s Pizza in India.

Vijay K. G. (Group Head – Technology) Vijay leads all technology initiatives within the company, working closely with Sudhir. Previously, Vijay has led global software development efforts for Microsoft and Infosys. He has graduated from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology. He is currently pursuing an executive MBA from University of Chicago- Graduate School of Business.

Vamsi Vanka (Business Head - EBS Interactive) Vamsi heads EBS Interactive, the digital consultancy & execution arm of EBS Worldwide. Vamsi is a pioneering digital marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in the evolving digital media market in India. He brings a holistic perspective that straddles the entire digital marketing value chain from online media strategy & consulting to revenue modeling for digital media products to logistical execution. Vamsi holds degrees in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering & Mass Communications (from MICA, Ahmedabad in 1998.) He started his career with Zee Telefilms as the Executive Assistant to the MD, and was part of the team that launched Zeenext.com. From there he has worked in senior, decision making positions with leading interactive agencies, including Mediaturf (now Connecturf), Tribal DDB India, Starcom IP, before joining EBS to setup it’s specialist digital marketing arm – EBS Interactive.

Robyne Rasa (Head – Creative Services) Robyne heads up our Creative Services team and is responsible for the creative direction of all EBS and IMG accounts. With diverse talent and experience, her hands-on, detail-oriented style continually exceeds our client’s expectations. Previously, Robyne was the director of a boutique agency where she grew the account base with a combination of on-target creative and account expertise. A graduate of Montclair State University, Robyne holds several awards for creative excellence from Printing Impressions, The Advertising Club of Westchester, and Graphic Design USA.

Selma D’Souza (Asst. Vice President - Corporate Affairs) Selma oversees EBS’ Public Relations and Corporate Social Responsibilities at EBS, along with the added responsibility as Executive Assistant to Chris. She is also part of EBS’ founding team and prior to EBS, Selma was with The Standard Chartered Bank. She is commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai.
