Mr. George is a multi-faceted entrepreneur, with a background of intensive government experience having served for over two decades in positions of authority in the textile and garment exports industry in India. He followed this with a two-decade entrepreneurial stint in businesses as varied as garment exports, land development, healthcare and Direct Marketing.
 
Chris George, Founder & Group CEO
Chris has a versatile background of entrepreneurship and service industry experience. He founded his first company at 16 and has been closely involved with the Indian entertainment industry. Educated in Texas and New York City, he worked there in the telecom industry before returning to India in 1999 and founding EBS. Chris is a member of the Indian Merchant's Chamber, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and a Charter Member of 'The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE)'.
 

Suveen Sahib, Group COO & CEO (Americas)
Suveen has over 14 years of experience across FMCG sales and marketing. He is the promoter of Eon Premedia, which EBS acquired this year. He was Director, Danone Water, a division of the Danone Group, and CEO of Himalayan Water, where he conducted a classic turnaround of the bottled water brand, growing the business EV from USD 1 Million to USD 120 Million before it was acquired by the TATA Group. Suveen has been a member of The Economist CEO Forum and CII Sub-Committee on the bottled water industry.
 

Sudhir Chopde, Group Vice President (CEO's Office)
Sudhir co-leads the group's Strategy and Transition initiatives, as part of the CEO's Office, in conjunction with Chris and Nanda, and is part of the founding team. He anchors Technology & Creative Design domains of the business, with principal responsibilities for global Delivery and Transition, Team Development and Strategic Finance. An ex-retail industry professional, he ran one of the largest music retail stores in India in his previous assignment.
 

Nanda Pandharkar, Group Vice President (CEO's Office)
Nanda co-leads the group's Strategy and Transition initiatives, as part of The CEO's Office, in conjunction with Chris and Sudhir and is also part of the founding team. He predominantly focuses on Data Processing, Strategic Telemarketing, Print Production and Logistics with Project Management, Team Development and Operations Finance. Previously, he was a member of the initial team that brought Domino's Pizza to India.
 
Michael C Benyo, COO & Director Sales (Americas)
Mike Benyo has been an entrepreneur, turn-around artist, start-up specialist and institution builder. He was a key member of the leadership team at Agency.com, the pioneering digital marketing firm created by the Omnicom network. This was followed by a term as interim COO for GSI Interactive, digital division of GSI Commerce, the third-largest e-commerce firm in the US powering ecommerce initiatives for Toys 'R' Us and Sports Authority.
 

Amit Walinjkar, Business Head (India)
Amit has over a decade's experience in India's burgeoning service industry, ranging from hospitality to contact centres. His previous stints included senior positions in GTL Limited and Spanco.
 
Manoj Shetty, Solutions Delivery (India)
Manoj, who heads the Solutions Delivery teams at our Mumbai offices, brings with him over a decade's experience across sectors ranging from Capital Market, BPO Operations and IT Client Solutions. He was previously a Program & Business Analyst at GTL Limited.
 

Rajan Vanjani, Chief Technology Officer
Rajan has more than a decade's experience in product management, software outsourcing & development. He led product management for Quark India's content management solution and publishing desktop applications. Rajan brings global experience and insights having worked in the United States.
 
Anuj Chawla, Vice-President (Analog Media Production)
Anuj has over 13 years experience in creative and graphic service production. He has the distinction of being the youngest studio manager in India, and has worked with companies like Leo Burnett and Cheil Communications on brands including Coke, Thums Up, Dabur, Airtel and Samsung.
