EBS is a privately-held company, promoted by K A George and Chris George, and funded through investments from IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd., private equity arm of IL&FS ' one of India's foremost financial groups ' and boutique Angel Investor Passion Fund.

Established in 1989, IIML has been the first investor across various sectors like telecom, shipyards, retail and media. It is among India's largest domestic private equity fund management companies, managing over US $ 900 million on behalf of leading Indian and international institutions.

EBS has also been funded in the past by ICICI Ventures, part of the NYSE-listed ICICI Bank.

	Mr. Ranjan Kapur: A legend in the South Asian and Indian advertising industry. Ranjan has been the past CEO of Ogilvy & Mather , India & currently serves as the Country Chairman for WPP India
	Mr. Sunil Alagh: A veteran of the packaged goods industry in India, having helmed ITC Ltd., Jagatjit Industries Ltd. & Britannia Industries Ltd. He is the founder of SKA Advisors, a leading marketing consultancy firm.
