EBS Worldwide (www.ebsworldwide.com), the global Marketing Technology and Services provider, has agreed to integrate (subject to regulatory clearances) New Delhi-based EON PreMedia (www.eonpremedia.co.in), a Marketing Production Services company with our business.

The deal will see the addition of EON's unique capabilities to EBS' service portfolio. These will include:

Print Media production:

  Pre-Press & Artwork Production
  Image Management (Scanning, Pathing/Masking, Colour Correction, Signage & Silos)
  Lay-out & Artwork Production (Magazines, Brochures & Annual Reports)
  Book Publishing & Page Composition
  Functional Design & Adaptations (POS material, multi-format magazines, packaging).

Digital Media production:

  Online community collaboration tools (Wikis, Blogs etc.)
  Rich Interactive Media services (for Kiosks, Web, CD etc.)
  Audio/Video Editing


EON is promoted by Suveen Sahib, ex-CEO of Himalayan Water (now part of the TATA Group), Ranjan Kapur, Country Head WPP Group (world's largest advertising & communications group), Sunil Alagh, ex-CEO of Britannia Industries (one of India's largest food & consumer goods companies) and Karan Puri, Head Media Publishing HCL Technologies.

As part of the deal, Suveen Sahib, Ranjan Kapur and Sunil Alagh will join the EBS board, with Suveen Sahib assuming the role of Group COO at EBS, reporting to Chris George.

The addition of EON brings with it a stellar management team, established capabilities and marquee clients in Europe & the US.

This is our second deal since the acquisition of the US based Interactive Marketing Group, Inc. (www.imgusa.com) in March 2006 and is an effort to further our endeavour of building a global 'Marketing Technology & Services' company that helps clients, 'Create, Manage & Deliver' effective marketing initiatives across the Analog, Digital & Production Services practice areas.
